Financial Reporting & Accounting Director

As we continue to expand our business, we continue to look for the best and brightest to drive strategic business decisions. To this end, the ZEN team is looking for a Corporate Finance Director to join them in BGC, the Philippines. This is a new role reflecting the growing team, and will report directly to the VP for Finance and BI.

Responsibilities

• Own the group’s financial reporting and accounting process and related deliverables ensuring quality and timely reporting
• Build scalable accounting and reporting processes to support global growth
• Assist with technical accounting analysis
• Maintain updated policies and procedures
• Participate in coordinating the planning and execution of statutory audits with external auditors
• Manage, hire and train a growing team of analysts
• Assist executive committee members with ad-hoc financial analyses, business cases and presentations

What profile are we looking for?

Academic and Work Experience

• Graduated in Business, Finance or related with top academics. CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in one of the following: Corporate Finance, Banking, Financial Reporting or Consulting
• Team management experience

Skill Sets

• Advanced Excel skills and excellent computer literacy
• Excellent quantitative skills
• Ability to be flexible and comfortable with changing requirements.
• Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
