Internship Software QA Engineer  

• Participate in daily team discussions, drive bi-weekly stakeholder demos, and help managed team stories (using JIRA).
• Test and debug front end web applications in HTML and CSS.
• Audit production processes, establish limit sample and conduct/participate in MRB meetings.
• Execute load and stress tests on Linux servers using DevTrack to log bugs.
• Attend daily scrum meetings to discuss various issues and possible solutions with test team.
• Provide analysis, resolutions to UAT defects, and production issues under stringent timelines.
• Develop a test tracking tool using python to track defects on the local test environment.
• Make use of user story, wire-frames design documents for functional, GUI testing purpose.
• Create SQL scripts to verify the data flow from front-end to back-end and vice versa.
• Used CSS for version control and check-in and check-out of files during design and development. Develop the tool to monitor the Linux side system and have a graphical view of it.
• Provide UAT testing status information to QA lead, project manager, and various business stakeholders.

• Must be a currently enrolled in a 4 year Bachelors program. Preferably Mathematics, Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering majors.
• Familiar with Lifecycle Management tools and applications(TRAC, HP ALM, etc..) for managing test cycles
• Abil­ity to effec­tively inter­act with Man­ager, Team Leader, and fel­low team members

• Have experience withgames/software testing experience

• Create/Update automated tests using UFT

• Create/Update automated tests with Selenium, CodedUI, MSTest and Visual Studio .NET

• Proac­tive, great atten­tion to detail, results-oriented prob­lem solver, crit­i­cal thinker, and abil­ity to meet aggres­sive dead­lines
• Pas­sion for test­ing appli­ca­tions and find­ing bugs
• Excel­lent oral & writ­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills
• Able to join immediately
