Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting our advertising solutions, and meeting revenue targets. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring the continued success of Autoini.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the automotive industry.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs.
- Present and promote Autoini’s digital advertising solutions, including display ads, sponsored content, and other promotional services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on maximizing revenue.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the automotive sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the digital media or automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and marketing solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian automotive market is a plus.
