- Enforce coding standards and implement quality assurance measures to uphold superior software quality.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, stakeholders, and clients to delineate project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, offering technical guidance and assistance to the team.
- Tackle technical obstacles and devise inventive solutions for intricate issues. Effectively manage team resources, ensuring optimal allocation and usage.
- Conduct performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and promote professional growth and advancement within the team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Lead a team of software developers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of top-notch software solutions.
- Focus primarily on hands-on coding (about 70%), while managing team activities (about 30%).
