- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans.
- Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR business partner role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Proficient in HRIS systems
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
