Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provision and de-provision (Create, Modify, Delete, Grant Privilege) user access within IT according to policy, and all individuals request
- Maintain association of IT accounts to individual identities
- Enforce policies around user authentication and privileges
- Onboard new systems into the IAM (Identity and Access Management) Tools and off-board retired systems as required
- Manage and maintain HPU for system accounts
- Maintenance of Catalogue of User Roles and Access Profiles
- Maintenance of Catalogue of System/Application being managed
- Follow, maintain and develop process documentation
- Participate in internal and external audits to produce evidence of process control
- Support the continual improvement of tools and technologies used to support IAM processes
- Provide support and ensure access control list reports are available when needed
- Ensure all HPU (Exclude OS and DB) are in dual custody
- Coordinate with IT Procedure to develop policies related to IAM
- Manage and Maintain IAM Tools (Manage License, Patching, System/Preventive maintenance, etc)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology
- At least 5 years working experiences related position preferably in banking industry
- A solid understanding of IAM concepts and systems
- Knowledge of key IAM standards
- The ability to work with a variety of identity, access and privileged account management solutions architect
- Aptitude in technical research and the willingness to perform necessary research
- Ability to work with others to create, implement and teach new protocols
- Have good analytical and critical thinking
- Ability to lead a team & collaborate
- Having responsibility, commitment & integrity
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Good command in English both oral & written
