IDEAS (Interns Development, Enhancement, and Acceleration Space) is SMBC Indonesia’s program that offers hands-on experience in solving real-world challenges, helping you develop key skills and make a meaningful impact. Join us to accelerate your growth and contribute to positive outcomes.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Retail Account Services Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will:

1. Assist in monitoring and tracking all project initiatives (Customer Data Integration).

2. Support the administrative processes for project requirements (BRD, Backlog, SSDLC).

3. Assist in monitoring KMR and daily Quality Surveillance.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Qualifications:

- Available and willing to start a 12-month internship in February 2025.

- An active university student in any major with preference for Engineering (All) / Information Technology / Finance and Accounting / Business Administration / English Literature / Japanese Literature or have recently graduated within the past 3 months as of February 2025.

- Strong communication skills.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

- Analytical and logical thinking abilities.

- Willing to be present and work on-site at the office.
