We are seeking a proactive and organized Compliance Policy & Training Intern to join our team.
In this role, your task will include:
1. Assist in the implementation of the New E&G system development project, including: creating and updating the User Guide, preparing socialization materials, documenting meeting minutes and managing other administrative tasks related to the project.
2. Update Policy & Procedure Compliance and ensuring approval before implementation.
3. Regularly update e-Learning Compliance and prepare progress reports e-Learning completion for employee reminder evaluation.
4. Support E&G operational activites, including: providing data for audit or reporting purposes.
5. Prepare data for routine reporting related to Compliance Policy & Training activities.
6. Handle administrative tasks for Compliance aspects of Branch Review, such as preparing meeting materials and supporting documents.
7. Support conglomeration-related administrative needs, including: preparing meeting minutes, managing register and other relevant documentation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Available and willing to start a 6-month internship in February 2025.
- An active university student majoring Law / Economy / Communication / Social and Politics Science or have recently graduated within the past 3 months as of February 2025.
- Proficient in operation Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Possess good English skills, both spoken and written.
- Responsible, committed, and able to communicate effectively as well as work collaboratively in a team.
- Basic data analysis skills (considered an added value).
- Flexible and adaptable to a hybrid work setup.
