In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, leading a talented team, and driving performance while ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently. You will serve as the liaison between our clients ensuring smooth operations and fostering long-term client success.
Fulltime: Onsite "6AM to 3PM"
Location: Angeles, Pampanga

Account & Team Management:
-Manage client relationships to provide exceptional service and consistently exceed expectations.
Lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
Performance & Staff Management:
-Conduct performance reviews, establish development goals, and design customized training plans for your team.
-Identify opportunities for team growth and distribute workload optimally.
Offer ongoing mentoring and guidance to improve team skills and performance.
Client Focus:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering positive relationships through regular meetings and communication.
-Proactively identify and resolve client issues, resulting in high satisfaction and loyalty.
Onboarding & Training:
-Assist in onboarding new clients to ensure smooth and efficient integration. Collaborate with the People & Culture partner to onboard and train new team members, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment with company values.
Hiring & Growth:
-Hiring Manager: Conduct screening interviews to evaluate candidate-client compatibility and cultural fit.
-Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to acquire clients and support growth strategies.
-To support business growth, identify the need for additional staff based on client demands and team capacity (Talent Acquisition).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree graduate.
- 5years of experience in client services management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Experience with performance management and creating training plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM systems experience is a plus.
- Experience within the BPO industry is strongly preferred.
