Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide more focus on supervision and monitoring of Field Sales Supervisors and Product Consultants.
- Ensure 100% achievement of sales across all company products over a specific time period and compare it to the assigned target value and past performance.
- Ensure progressive increase in market share, if not market share dominance in store for all products month on month.
- Analyze the pace at which the overall market share is growing and use that info in strategic decision making.
- Measure and rank products based on trade feedback to inform all concerned departments regarding which products are selling well and which products need special attention.
- Ensure all dealer branches are equipped with the necessary tools (FSS, PC, and product mix) to ensure aesthetically good display and promotions are activated properly.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate of any 4-year course, preferably business or management course.
- Computer proficient (MS Office applications).
- At least 5 years supervisory work on trade.
- Supervisory / managerial skills.
- People handling skills.
- Presentation skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
