Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with CIIT's mission and strategic goals.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies to ensure the institution remains at the forefront of educational innovation.

Departmental Oversight

• IT Department (managing support tickets, network infrastructure, IT services, and policies).
• Educational Technology(tools and platforms for teaching and learning).
• Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Compliance (ensuring compliance with data protection regulations).
• Process Automation and Development

Operational Excellence

• Oversee the documentation of all processes within the technology departments.
• Lead efforts towards achieving ISO 9001 and 27001 certifications.
• Manage the adoption and administration of software tools utilized across the organization.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with academic and administrative leaders to support institutional objectives.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technological advancement.

• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, such as CTO or VP of Technology

• Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, educational technology, process automation, and data privacy.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 27001 standards is highly desirable.
• Experience in the education sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple departments and lead cross-functional teams.
