About the Job:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our sales team as Cold Callers. Your main task will be to call potential customers, introduce our products or services, and persuade them to take action. This is a full-time position where you will work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
What You Will Do:
- Make up to 200 calls each day to potential customers.
- Build rapport with people quickly and engage them in meaningful conversations.
- Explain the benefits of our products or services and why they need them.
- Overcome objections and remain persistent, even when faced with rejection.
- Accurately record important details from your conversations for follow-up.

- Staying motivated and not giving up, even after multiple rejections.
- Enjoying the challenge of selling and being comfortable with cold calling.
It’s a Plus If You:
- Have previous experience in sales, especially in cold calling.
- Are familiar with our products or industry.
- Are proficient with basic computer skills and CRM software.
- Can stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Are good at solving problems and finding solutions on the spot.
