Cold Caller Appointment Setter  

This position is 100% remote and will require the applicant to work 3rd shift (9 pm to 5:30 am) Monday - Friday calling targeted businesses (USA businesses) in our CRM to introduce our services, and to set up a follow up meeting with our sales team. The applicant will be required to update our CRM on the details of the initial call and any subquent actions that need to take place.

Base Salary:

12,000 - 18,000 PHP - Unlimited Commission

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal Communication Skills.
• Enthusiastic people person with a persuasive personality, who is eager to learn and adapt new skillsets.
• A dependable, reliable, and self- motivated professional with a huge sense of responsibility.
• A dynamic personality with an innate ability to identify relevant prospect opportunities.
• Must be a team player who can work under pressure.
• Must have a stable internet connection (25 mbps minimum).
• Must have a computer with a working cam for virtual meetings and a computer headset.
• Relevant sales experience is a must.
• Previous experience with international accounts is also essential.

Duties:

• Dialing every number provided to pitch our services, schedule a follow up meeting with our sales team, and documenting relevant CRM fields with 100% accuracy.
• Follow a validation script to confirm the contact's information.
• Document interest and schedule meetings for sales team to follow up on.
• Completes other tasks as deemed appropriate by the manager.
