Compensation and Benefits Staff  

1. Attendance and Payroll Management:

• Prepare and verify attendance records.
• Calculate payroll, overtime, and incentives accurately
• Ensure timely preparation and processing of monthly payroll payments.
• Support the preparation of compensation and benefits reports for internal stakeholders.

2. Employee Benefits Administration:

• Manage and report employee data to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and other medical insurance providers.
• Register and monitor employee benefits, including BPJS and medical insurance.
• Process employee claims related to JKK (Work Accident Insurance), JKM (Death Insurance), and other relevant benefits.
• Maintain and update employee records related to payroll and benefits.
• Ensure that any changes in employee status are accurately and promptly recorded.
• Assist in income tax calculations and prepare reports for tax returns.

• Min. D3, or Bachelor degree
• Strong understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
• Experience with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and medical insurance processes.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel, google sheet and its formulas.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Have a good communication and teamwork.
