Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets for Dekoruma Expansion Store Project
- Supervising and guiding the design & project manager team
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues
- Lead the design team through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring designs align with project goals, client requirements, and regulatory standards. Oversee design development, ensuring functionality, aesthetic quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify potential risks or issues in the design phase, developing mitigation strategies to prevent project delays, budget overruns, or quality issues.
Kualifikasi Minimum
A Project Design Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing design projects from start to finish (both for expansion and maintenance project)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in design management or project management, preferably within the relevant industry (Retail, Construction)
- Proficiency in design and project management software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Project.
- Strong ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse design team, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met efficiently.
