Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Official Title: Attorney IV

Salary Grade: SG23

Acts as assistant to the Chief of Div. in the performance of his duties as RIPS Legal Counsel;
Helps in the preparation of legislation for RIPS and directs the preparation of office orders, circulars and memoranda;
Under direction, assists the Chief of Division in representing RIPS before judicial or administrative bodies;
Prepares legal comments on policies and procedures of RIPS;
Acts as Legal Counsel in the absence of the Division Chief;
Supervises the preparation of decisions and ruling prepared by subordinate administrative officials and
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Must have graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree
Must have 2 years of relevant experience
Must have 8 hours of relevant training
