- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services
- Manage procurement projects from initiation to close, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and develop solutions
- Analyze and report on procurement metrics, such as cost savings and supplier performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing procurement projects and achieving cost savings
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong relationship-building skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Strong understanding of procurement principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail
