Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Check and monitor the revolving fund of operations to ensure that is properly monitored and reconciled at any given time.
- Encodes data in the system diligently and accurately for database building.
- Responsible for seeking approvals for any transactions that require the approval of heads.
- Responsible for consolidating the KPI reports and must be responsible to assists the supervisor and manager in creating the reports needed.
- Assist the whole Supply Chain related to admin works like filling, PR, and monitoring of supplies.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4 years course
- Strong analytical, planning and decision making.
- Excellent in MS and other business tools
- Customer Centric
- Strong work ethic
- Experienced in Supply Chain (preferably in Distribution)
- Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna (Monday to Saturday)
