POD Staff  

Responsible for on time recording POD in system based on sales order transactions created by the CSR.

Check information in DR and Sales Invoice (SI) for completeness of data as necessary for fast and accurate encoding of orders, picking and delivery to customers.

Ensure accuracy of data entry in the system with utmost diligence for database building.

Attends various customer inquiries such as status of their orders, accounts, and deliveries as well as handling complaints.

Confers inter-department coordination regarding operational concerns, work closely with CSR and warehouse operation.

Validate and confirm to CSR for returned invoices and reasons of rejections.

Comply with established policies and procedures which specifically adheres with agreed timelines, cut-offs and lead times.

Work in accordance with accepted safety practices and standard established by the employer in compliance with the provision of health & safety

Performs other duties & responsibilities that may be assigned by immediate superior in line with department activity and operations.
