Job Summary
Responsible for providing support to the Logistics Supervisor for effectively managing the various functional activities of the Logistics Department covering the areas of daily delivery monitoring, delivery inquiry handling, and fleet & team performance management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Fulfillment of sales orders
- Printing of delivery receipt and other delivery documents and ensuring all documents are accurate
- Monitor deliveries (internal and external trucking) for the following
- Ensure that all orders are paid before drop off
- Communicate with drivers/porters any necessary changes in route, payment method
- Give feedback to Sales on estimated time of arrival to customers
- Communicate with Sales any issues/ barriers encountered in customer deliveries
- Monitor reported returns
- Update and maintain delivery disposition report
- Ensure all delivery documents are returned to the office, with customer signature and handed over to document completion PIC
- Performs other related work that may be assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any course, preferably related to Business or equivalent
- Experience in Netsuite or any other ERP is an advantage
- Proficient in Google Applications (Google Sheets, Google Drive etc) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Ability to multitask and can work under pressure
- Well organized, systematic and possess analytical skills
- Must be willing to work in Brgy. Mambugan, Antipolo
