Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare documents such as RFQ, RFP and RFI for current projects
- Assist BUs with their initial sourcing requirements
- Evaluate prices, payment term, delivery lead time, technical specifications and material compliance
- Negotiates with Suppliers on price, mode of shipping, payment term, and delivery time
- Creation of Purchase Order in the Oracle Fusion.
- Compliance with Procurement policies and procedures
- Organize a bid committee meeting for major and permanent materials with active stakeholders
- Maintain and update the procurement monitoring system and coordinates with both Suppliers and Requestors to ensure that products are delivered on-time.
- Prepare payment requests as necessary to facilitate the processing of supplier’s payment for both local and foreign purchase.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on procurement matters such as PR-PO Status, Savings, Major Purchases, etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s/College Degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration
- 1-2 years experience in procurement
- Procurement process knowledge
- Knowledge of construction materials
- Good in negotiation skills
