Transport CCD Officer | Visayas & Mindanao  

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operations of transportation for day and night shift to ensure the efficiently operation.
• Coordinate and allocate the capacity in accordance with the quantity of parcels and adjust the routes according to real circumstances.
• Support the daily transport vehicle arrangement plan, coordinate with affiliated car company (supplier) and all branches across country that required service.
• Analyze the vehicle usage of each unit, follow-up, and solve problems to meet the demands and requirements of customers on time.
• Support on data preparation for daily performance report, analyze problems, and suggest solutions to superior for create or modify work process to improve the operation efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform other work delivered by the company or superior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• With or without experience in Transportation Dispatching
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
• Should be willing to do business trip within Visayas or Mindanao
• Committed and Dedicated
• Should be willing to do shifting schedule
