Data Scientist Lead (Remote)  

We are looking for Data Scientist Lead who will be the leader of member of Flip's Data Science team to build the Data Science vertical from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Define problems and hypotheses, develop recommendations and decision support tools to increase business value.
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimisation and improvement of product development and business strategies.
• Be able to clearly communicate findings and ideas to technical or non technical team with Indonesia and English language.
• Be a part of the product team to monitor and measure the business impact of data science product implementation.
• Accomplish comprehensive documentation for end to end process of data science life cycle

What You'll Need

• Have a minimum 2 years of experience manipulating data sets, building statistics. models and drawing insights to increase business value.
• Have experience to process text and time series data into meaningful business insight.
• Have end to end experience to work on classification and regression use cases.
• Fluency in Python, the Python Data Science toolkit and SQL.
• Familiar with GCP or AWS ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications

• Domain knowledge in credit scoring, risk profiling or payment transaction
• Experience with tools for working with “big data” (BigQuery, Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
