Automotive After Sales and Service Manager  

The After Sales and Service Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional after-sales service experiences to customers of a Kaiyi automotive brand. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the service department, including customer service, service operations, parts management, technical support, warranty administration, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through best-in-class after-sales service experiences.
• Manage service department operations, including scheduling, staffing, workflow management, and facility maintenance, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee parts and inventory management processes, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient inventory control to support service operations.
• Provide technical support and training to service technicians, ensuring proficiency in luxury vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Manage warranty claims and recall campaigns in compliance with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manufacturer standards, and industry best practices related to service operations and warranty administration.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.

• With at least 2 years proven experience in automotive after-sales service management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Technical proficiency in automotive systems and diagnostics, with a solid understanding of traditional and electric vehicle technologies.
• Financial acumen and budget management skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with warranty administration, recall management, and regulatory compliance requirements in the automotive industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business priorities and customer needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or any Engineering / related field.
