Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assists in overseeing the general accounting process and reporting
- Communicates with the company's subcontractors (such as payroll, bank, accounting and finance) and handles vendor sourcing
- Monitors employees attendance and prepare payroll instructions if necessary to aid the payroll process
- Handles all payables, billings and invoices of the company
- Monitors and reviews the company's financial statement and budget
- Assists and propose compensation strategies and structures that align with the company goals
- Manage and supervise the accounting team; responsible for the day-to-day supervision and leadership of the team
- Maintain and in charge of all accounting procedures and research all financial information for analysis
- Oversee various monthly reports
- Handles and maintains the annual budget of the company
- Coordinate and supervises the schedule and flow of the company's annual audit
- Maintain tax compliance of the company
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a BS accounting graduate and has a CPA title
- Proven experience in accounting (at least 4-5 years) with 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine payroll process, computations, and benefits
- Experienced in annual audit compliance
- Experience/Knowledge in using the Xero accounting system is an advantage
- Has experience in budgeting and forecast reporting
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet tight tax-related deadlines
- Proficient in MS powerpoint, Excel, Google sheets etc.
- With excellent communication skills
- Highly knowledgeable in navigating SEC eFAST, eFPS, eGov, SSS, PHIC, and HDMF websites
- Has experience in BIR audit
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Must be residing within Metro Manila. The position is mostly a Work-From-Home setup but must be amenable to going to Pasig at least once a week or in other areas if required
- Preferred to have experience working in a Japanese company but not a must
