Job Description Summary:
- The Technical Project Manager (TPM) role is responsible for ensuring smooth and on-time service delivery within budget constraints.
- The role is both technical and client-facing as TPMs work with the engineering team to ensure all blocking issues are resolved ahead of time as well as be sensitive to the customer’s other technical needs.
- It is therefore imperative that the TPM have a working understanding of both project management processes and Microsoft technologies (both cloud and on-premise).
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any IT/Engineering related courses from a reputable university.
- Ideally completed relevant courses or technical certifications
- Entry-level certification for relevant technologies and practices such as
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or equivalent
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
- PMP Certification, a plus
Technical Knowledge:
- Must have a solid understanding of these technologies and how they interoperate:
- Windows Server
- Windows Active Directory
- Exchange Server, on-premises
- MS Outlook to Exchange connectivity
- Azure Virtual Network Gateway
- Azure MFA
- Azure Active Directory
- PIM, Conditional Access
- Azure AD Connect
- Azure Virtual Networks
- MS365 – Exchange Online
- MS365 – Licensing
- MS365 – Exchange Hybrid migration
- Azure subscription RBAC
