Senior Copy and Content Writer  

The Senior Copy and Content Writer will develop, craft, and edit engaging content that aligns with our clients' goals and objectives. Success in this role means delivering impactful copy that enhances brand voice and drives measurable outcomes across multiple channels, including websites, social media, and digital campaigns. Additionally, the role will include ideation and strategy work for pitches, among other responsibilities. It supports our agency's broader efforts to deliver cohesive and high-quality creative work for national and multinational brands.

Summary

The Senior Copy and Content Writer has the following responsibilities:

• Develop and write clear, engaging, and persuasive content for traditional and digital platforms (websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and ads).
• Collaborate with creative, SEO, and media teams to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Lead the content ideation process, ensuring that content is innovative and tailored to clients' needs.
• Participate in ideation and strategy development for client pitches and other business development initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior writers to develop their writing skills and deliver high-quality work.
• Stay updated on industry trends, content best practices, and digital marketing innovations.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to adjust content based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential

• Proven experience in copywriting and content creation for various digital platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a content writing role, preferably in an agency setting
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
