- Reponsible for overseeing, managing and monitoring the Admin Department for the companies s/he will be assigned to
- Ensures the companies compliance with different government documentation, regulations and protocols
- Responsible for the companies compliance with the health, safety and security protocols as required by the government and the company.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related course, licensure is an advantage
- At least seven (7) years experience in all facets of administration, five (5) years of which in managerial capacity
- Knowledgeable in different facets of admin/general services functions like facilities maintenance, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and construction, health, safety, and security protocols
- Familiar with different government agencies compliance requirements and protocols
- Strong analytical and planning skills; highly organized and well coordinated
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills; highly pro active
- Willing to travel
