Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Restaurant managers oversee the successful running of a restaurant by hiring qualified staff, monitoring customer satisfaction, and ensuring that all products and beverages are ordered in the correct quantities.
- Responsible for all financial aspects of the company includes sales, deposits, cost and expenses, budget, profitability
- Engage in different/ daily operational activities of the store which include monitoring, controlling, planning, marketing, sales analysis, inventory, and stocks.
- In charge in staff hiring, endorsement to third party clients. Orientations, staff scheduling, staff performance evaluation & appraisal, coaching & development
- Engage in other task such as conducting marketing initiatives, administrative functions, liaison for government permits and others
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Atleast 1 yr of experience in the related position
