Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible to provide detailed performance reports with accurate data analysis and findings on proper advanced analytics
- Build complex data analysis, methodologies, and predictive data models for assessing business outcomes.
- Develop and optimize performance reports including analysis in order to support stakeholders in making decision by analyzing and processing data.
- Explores historical, real time and future information to deepen understanding of customer attitudes and behaviors.
- Handling and mining of large, diverse data sets with an ability to work with both structured and unstructured data to Identifies and contextualizes critical business issues
- Working with product owners to determine the right hypothesis to test, to define the right methodologies to query and extract insights and be brilliant in delivery of outcomes and recommendations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelors in Computer Engineer/Statistics and related fields
- At least 3 years in Data Scientist/Data Analytics field
- Advanced in SQL such as Python, Scala, or R and understanding Database (Relational & NoSQL): PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
- Have ability to create, troubleshoot, and enhance the business’s data loadings
- Proficiency in develop dashboard and use data visualization (i.e Tableu, Power BI, Appsflyer, digital CRM, etc)
- Have knowledge Kafka, Dataflow, Spark, Hadoop, etc. and proficient in using Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Jupyter

The Bank was established on 27 April 1971 under the name of PT Bank Pasar Pagi Madju. In line with the change in its status from a retail banking to a commercial bank in 1989, the Bank’s name was changed into PT Bank Bintang Manunggal (Bank Bima). This status change had a positive impact on the Bank’s performance and succeeded in attracting Hana Financial Group to take over the majority of the Bank’s shares.
