Product Brand Manager  

As a Brand and Product Manager, you will be the internal expert of our skincare and medical device product lines. You will help communicate the value of our products to a wide array of dermatologists, healthcare physicians, aestheticians, nurses, training institutions via product demonstrations and in-person and online training. You will also help us develop our internal academy to enable our partners to have access to continuous education and upskilling that allow them to master the usage of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with our brands to develop internal training programs that allow our Product Specialists to understand and master the products they are selling
• Partner with our brands to develop external training programs to doctors, nurses, aestheticians on the use of our products
• Partner with internal stakeholders on the development, promotion and launch strategy of new products (including promotional activities, KOL identification, sales material creation)
• Develop training academy so that trainees can track progress and mastery on our products (e.g. Level 1, Level 2, Level 3)
• Partner with our brands to develop continuous education programs that enable the users of our products to master the latest techniques in order to maximize the value of their investments into our products
• Partner with the marketing and sales teams to develop and keep up to date all external sales and marketing materials
• Develop an internal knowledge base so that all product and clinical knowledge is easily accessible to our internal stakeholders
• Develop an external knowledge so that all product and clinical knowledge is easily accessible to our partner doctors and clinics
• Leverage video and technology to make training accessible and easily repeatable
• Partner with select clinics to develop R&D and clinical studies that demonstrate the efficacy of our products
• Travel to partner sites as necessary for training
• Partner with training institutions in the Philippines to integrate our products into their training curriculum
• Develop analytical framework to measure the effectiveness of all activities (training, marketing, etc)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in a product marketing, brand management and/or training role in a medical, pharmaceutical or related organization
• Experience in the medical field as a doctor, nurse or physician assistant is highly desired
• Strong strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong knowledge of medical products and devices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
