Job Summary
The Regional Marketing Executive supports the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer retention within Visayas & Mindanao. This role involves identifying region-specific consumer insights, translating them into actionable strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement effective marketing plans that aims to drive growth in Visayas & Mindanao.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Assist in developing and lead regional execution of marketing plans and campaigns built on strong consumer insights in support of the overall marketing strategy and key messages upon an agreed timeline.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support marketing campaigns.
- Help evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Present ideas and deliverables to internal teams and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Brand Management and Business Development
- Hone a consumer-first mindset and help analyze the similarities and differences among the regions, especially for regionally independent Healthy Options stores.
- Support the management of the annual brand budget and assist in establishing budget guidelines.
- Document and execute key business processes, ensuring tasks are completed On Time, In Full (OTIF).
- Implement retail merchandising initiatives in the region.
- Help develop regional partnerships aligned with brand key messages and participate in relevant events.
- Collaborate with store executives and frontliners to deploy marketing initiatives and identify region-specific opportunities.
- Work with the Digital Manager to help define and manage the digital and social media strategy.
- Assist in managing all regional digital assets of the brand.
Membership Management & Loyalty Marketing
- Support the regional development and implementation of a loyalty program.
- Assist in developing strategies to attract new members in the region to the loyalty program.
- Use region-specific customer and market insights to help improve awareness and conversions. Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Sales, or related fields.
- At least 4 years’ professional experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Retail Management, Sales, or related fields.
- Residing in Visayas or Mindanao, and fluent in Filipino, English, and Cebuano/Bisaya.
- Open to regional travel.
- Proficient in basic business software applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Has strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strategic, willing to learn, and open-minded.
- Has the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker and problem-solver while having a sense of fun.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
