Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Instore Operations Project Manager is responsible for smooth & continuous execution of projects for all business areas nationwide.
- Conducts field visits to check on various executions’ effectiveness and adherence to formulated strategies.
- Creates status reports on execution milestones.
- Assesses the effectiveness of project executions and provides recommendations on specific areas of improvement.
- Liaises with suppliers on requirements and timelines to effectively deliver services
- Oversees the day-to-day execution of nationwide campaigns
- Manages scheduling, deployment, status updates and overall logistics for project executions
- Supervises, mentors and provides development opportunities to team members
Kualifikasi Minimum

College graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related
-
Has 3-5 years experience with supermarket activations

Has a background in merchandising

Has strong decision-making skills

Has a good sense of leadership skills

Knows how to troubleshoot project concerns

Can work during weekends/or holidays
