Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures
- Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
- Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle compensation claims
- Inspect garage and the work of the crew to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment, incomplete truck requirements)
- Assess violations received from the clients and provide necessary actions
- Provide Transport SHE Weekly Report to client
- Conduct monthly seminars to all truckers
- Creation of Journey Management Plan for certain projects
- Onsite inspection of WH before we start the operation to determine if hazards are present and establish procedures and policies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With a background in Transportation & Logistics is required.
- Certificate of Proficiency in Basic Safety Training/Basic Training
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (bosh) Certificate
- Certificate as SO2 or SO3
- Knowledgeable on D0198 Osh Standard
- Fire Safety Certificate
