Senior UX Graphic Designer  

Area of Responsibility:

• Responsible for the creative design of user experiences for digital systems
• Ensures application of User Centered Design / Design Thinking methods.
• Formation and implementation of Ai generated video content and infographics.
• Responsible for the conception and user-centered development of complex applications and digital products.
• Planning, conducting, and follow-up of workshops and deriving actionable recommendations.
• Conception and implementation of design guidelines and systems, style guides, and Digital CI/CD.
• Client consulting on user-oriented solutions considering product and brand strategy as well as technical requirements.
• Specification of ideas through text, wireframes, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes.
• Application of user research and user testing methods.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination with various experts (content strategists, visual designers, frontend designers, project managers, consultants) and in a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or similar studies related to the field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in interaction/user experience design.
• Experience and high consulting competence in UX research, UX conception, and evaluation.
• Experience with agile methods and customer journey.
• Proven experience and has a strong work portfolio and project examples in the field of user experience (personas, user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, interaction concepts).
• Deep experience in using Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe XD, or other prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI-generating tools such as Midjourney, Canva AI, Dall-E.
• Has a very good eye for creativity.
• Very good knowledge in English.
• Knowledge with German or Dutsch language (Nice to have)
