Retail Operations Supervisor  

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor at Mosaic Boutique in National Capital Region, Philippines. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and ensuring smooth workflow within the boutique.

Supervision and Leadership:

· Supervise all retail branches

· Manage retail staff to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.

· Communicate store goals and operational updates.

Operational Management:

· Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and cash handling.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

· Direct coordination with the leasing and operations of Mall branches.

· Works hand in hand with HR for incidents in the office or store.

Customer Service:

· Promote a customer-first culture, ensuring all team members provide exceptional service.

· Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues and coordinate with Customer Service promptly.

Reporting and Documentation:

· Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational issues to management.

· Maintain accurate records of employee performance and training.

· Monitoring store necessities and utilities such as supplies and equipment (terminal machine, computer, scanner, wifi) and as well as securities (CCTV, store keys and locks).

· Monitoring daily deliveries and make sure it is well coordinated with the sales associates.

Store Operations Schedule:

· Developing daily staffing schedules based on store needs.

· Communicating with sales associates regarding their schedules and any necessary changes such as replacement and substitution.

· Managing employee availability and time-off requests.

· Ensuring that the staff members to open the stores on time.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' of leadership and project management experience perferably in a retail or operations
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and employees at all levels
• Knowledge of fashion and customer service best practices
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving overall store performance
• Experience in budgeting and financial management
• Ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.
