QA Engineer  

Responsibilities:

• Create and provide requirements, scenarios, and data for use in testing
• Conduct and facilitate front end and back end testing of web and mobile applications
• Identify software issues, record defects, and create reports based on the outcome of QA testing
• Monitor resolution of bug issues within set timeline
• Maintain open communication with product managers and software developers and provide feedback to both parties
• Work closely with developers to assist in improving design structure and process of software and ensure products are market-ready
