Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Administrative Tasks:
- Provide general daily administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist in maintaining HR files and records.
- Help organize and coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist Recruitment team to set schedule for Interview
Benefits Administration Support:
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
Learning & Engagement Support:
- Make creative copies of HR announcements and employee related information
- Assist in organizing HR engagement activities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Last Semester with no classes or Fresh Graduate of Bachelor Degree Programs in Human Resources, or Management, or Psycology, or Business Administration or other related field
- Excellent in organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency/strong knowledge in Gsuites, Microsoft Office & Canva
- Teach Savvy and Creative is must
- Detail-oriented
- Can start on 2nd of January 2024
- Willing to work on a hybrid working arrangement
