Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal
- Researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Develop, creating and implementing sales strategies to meet target
- Monitoring and being responsible for the achievement of the Sales Team/Staffs
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Public Relation or Related Majors
- Minimum 2 years proven experience as Sales Manager
- Have Client Database preferable for CSR Program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis
- High comfort and tolerance to manage stress and role demands
- Able to travel to customer locations around Indonesia outside the city
- Experienced in venue management or theme park industries will be an advantage
