Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure that pick up, delivery & processing activities from customers run according to SOP and SLA which has been set
- Ensure that reception and processes at the hub run according to SOP
- Ensure the availability of fleet and drivers according to the specified number and time
- Monitoring undelivery packages.
- Ensure that all operational administration at the Hub/branch operations is recorded and stored completely and neatly
- Handle customer complaint investigations that cannot be handled by the team
- Operational dashboard monitoring
- Ensure the availability of human resources to support operations at the Hub/Branch operations
- Reprimand and provide guidance to employees who violate Company Regulations
- Monitor the achievement of KPIs for each employee for whom he is responsible
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly attendance recaps.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum S1 in all majors
- Male, maximum age 35 years
- Have at least 2-3 years work experience in the related field
- Has leadership skills and can make quick decisions
- Willing to work with a shifting system
- Have good communication
- Can operate Ms Office
