Collaborate with the Event Conceptor team to explore and develop creative, relevant event concepts aligned with Harian Kompas's philosophical values, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Identify the latest trends in the event industry to create innovative concepts.
- Analyze client and audience needs to deliver relevant events.
- Work with the Event Conceptor team to design event blueprints.
- Collaborate with the Editorial team, Sponsorship team, and other teams to ensure consistency and maintain the value of Harian Kompas events.
- Evaluate event success based on feedback and event KPIs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communication, or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in event development or the creative industry on a large scale
- Passionate about the event industry and its trend development
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented
