- Buying goods across national borders.
- Manage buying documentation and ensure compliance with programs and regulations.
- Responsible for the communication process with partners abroad, especially in the sales department.
- Responsible for all necessary domestic and international documentation for billing and logistics purposes.
- Analyze all aspects of the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products.
- Familiar with government guidelines and regulations concerning international and domestic supply chain logistics.
- Ensure that records are kept properly and internal reviews are conducted.
- Work with forwarders to ensure proper documentation is presented per international requirements.
- Correspondent and establish operational procedures with freight forwarders.
- Liaise with all facets of corporate and subsidiary operations including warehouse, customs, financial department, and distribution channels.
- Maintain contracts with freight forwarders, customs, and domestic carriers for the best rates and services.
- Handled customs paperwork and complied with customs regulations on importing.
- Conducting appropriate market analysis.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum education of bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in international trade or experience of import-export.
- Experience in the import-export field is preferred.
- Familiar with import-export regulations.
- Good communication, negotiation, lobbying, and persuasion skills.
- Sharp market analysis skills, especially for book products are preferred.
- Able to operate and be familiar with Ms. Word and Ms. Excel applications.
- Intermediate to advanced written and spoken English skills.
