- Identifying, analyzing, and offering event proposals that match the needs of potential clients.
- Conducting pitch deck presentations to sell Kompas event products to potential clients and evaluating the effectiveness of the offered event packages.
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to create bundled products combining events, advertisements, newspapers, and other Kompas products.
- Working together with the Event Conceptor and Event Executor teams to design events approved by both Kompas and the clients.
- Negotiating event pricing in line with existing policies.
- Analyzing evaluation results to develop future improvement steps or ideas.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sponsorship, Partnership, Account Executive, or similar roles.
- Passionate about and knowledgeable in event sales & marketing events (Sales Canvassing, Networking, Communication Skills, etc.).
- Strong personal branding skills and understanding of client banquet etiquette.
- Analytical and creative thinker with fresh ideas for events.
- Good knowledge and networking in sport and mice activation.
- Having a database of potential , or potential brand database is a plus.
