- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Plan and execute employee engagement.
- Support recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Implement and manage talent management and organizational development strategies.
- Analyze and process HR data to support decision-making.
- Ensure all supporting tools for HR programs (training, recruitment, talent development) are available.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with employees across the organization.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR (Recruitment, Training, Talent Management, Organizational Development, etc.), with a preference for experience in Organizational Development (OD) is a plus.
- Strong data processing and analytical skills.
- Proficient in English and possess good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic.
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
