Assistant Finance Operations Manager  

Job Responsibilities :

1. Manage and ensure processes for reconciliation is executed efficiently

2. Oversee end to end reconciliation for all business transactions across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines

3. Monitor and ensure ability to detect fraudulent transactions

4. Ensure accountability of all bank accounts and payment gateways

5. Work with Product, Tech and Finance teams to investigate and rectify issues arising from reconciliation process

6. Drive relevant teams to resolve potential issues which could cause reconciliation delays

7. Ensure clean data management from source systems

8. Partner with product team to look at necessary enhancements to recon system

9. Responsible for ensuring completeness of full end to end reconciliation process

10. Preparation of weekly and monthly recon report

Basic Requirements:

Degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics

Min. 5 years working experience in a relevant role and industry

Able to work with high volumes of transactions and datasets

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills and team player

Proficiency in using Excel

Preferred Requirements:

8 years of experience in a relevant role and industry

Experience using ERP system (Oracle or SAP)

Chinese speaking

Degree in Accounting, Finance or Mathematics

Min. 5 years working experience in a relevant role and industry

Able to work with high volumes of transactions and datasets

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills and team player
