Objectives:

Talent Acquisition

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and fulfill talent needs.
  3. Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Employer Branding

  1. Plan and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility.
  2. Manage employer branding content on social media and job platforms.
  3. Organize virtual/physical events to engage potential candidates.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Internship experience as a recruiter is a plus!
  • Creative and proactive mindset with a passion for HR and branding.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital recruitment strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or similar degree
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in an IT company
  • Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute would be advantageous
