The role will provide administrative support across all aspects of production and development.
- Owning all aspects of our ERP, Zedonk – entering new styles & raw materials, raising orders for fabric, trims & finished goods. Booking in all items. Maintaining inventory levels.
- Updating internal WIP sheets & other documents with all required data
- Checking invoices match purchase orders
- Liaison with suppliers to ensure orders are placed & delivery dates are maintained, communication of information back to team
- Logistics – organising sample and bulk shipments with couriers and freight fowarders, raising customs documentation, liaison with warehouse
- Preparing monthly reports for returned product
- Maintaining sustainability records with suppliers
Kualifikasi Minimum
Ideal Candidate
- Very organised, with high attention to detail
- Proactive and capable of prioritising tasks and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Administration experience required, but not necessarily fashion
- Good experience with excel, and mac user
- Experience of Zedonk or similar ERP a bonus
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Basic knowledge/interest of developing product
