Source and procure a wide range of goods and services required for villa operations, including food and beverage supplies, housekeeping materials, and maintenance equipment.

Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms and pricing while maintaining quality standards.

Implement cost-effective measures and strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce expenses without compromising quality.

Stay informed about market trends, new product developments, and industry best practices to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Buyer, or similar role in the hospitality industry, with a strong preference for experience in luxury villas or hotels.
- Familiarity with purchasing software or VHP systems.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement best practices.
