What are your responsibilities?

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaign

Campaign Management:

• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure marketing collateral and content align with brand messaging and guidelines.

Brand Management:

• Uphold and strengthen the company's brand identity across all marketing efforts.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements in all marketing materials.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Generate regular reports to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Monitor expenses and provide regular financial reports to senior leadership.

Digital Marketing:

• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to stay competitive.

Market Expansion:

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and new customer acquisition.
• Develop and execute market entry strategies for new products or services.

Are you right for the role?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics, and other relevant tools.
