Product Manager  

A Product Manager is responsible for developing strategic product plans, execution, and customer focus. Moreover, he/she collaborates with cross-functional teams and prioritizes product development activities, conducts market research and analysis, and monitors product performance to ensure the successful implementation of product strategies.

General

• Maintains a thorough understanding of our own products and services, as well as ongoing projects to gain insights into the scope of product management;
• Conducts market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, being able to create new products or assess the evolution of existing products;
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define and track key performance indicators for product success;
• Gathers customer feedback and incorporates it into the product development process;
• Communicates product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders;
• Maintains good relationship with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure strong team representation;
• Maintains current knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to implement new ideas and approaches as appropriate;
• Prepares product presentations/demos and assists in sales team engagements for technical and product related queries or concerns;
• Prepares and submits daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports as required by the Immediate Superior;
• Assists and participates in human resources and other company activities; and
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.

Product Management

• Analyzes market data, user behavior, and product metrics to identify trends and insights;
• Product strategy development and execution;
• Defines product roadmaps, creates feature specifications, and prioritizes product features and enhancements;
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and improvement;
• Utilizes agile methodologies for product development processes;
• Coordinates product launches, including go-to-market strategies and sales team training;
• Creates and maintains product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and FAQs;
• Monitors post-release performance and user feedback to identify areas for enhancement or iteration;

Customer Focus

• Advocates for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring interests are considered;
• Collaborates with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-centric product experiences; and
• Engages with customers/clients to build relationships and gather feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong technical skills and understanding and/or hands-on experience in the software development lifecycle, including market research, product strategy, roadmap development, and product launch.
• Proficient in conducting market research and being able to create business cases for new or existing products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Product Management.
• Preferably with strong knowledge and experience in programming and syntax to facilitate effective collaboration with development teams.
